Join a busy client-facing reception role where strong people skills, organisation and a calm approach really matter. This part-time position includes 15 hours during the week plus 1 in 4 weekends, with overtime available up to 40 hours across the Norwich branches when needed.
This is a part-time Veterinary Receptionist role focused on delivering excellent client care and helping the practice run smoothly day to day. You will be the first point of contact for clients, supporting them at reception, handling payments, managing bookings and acting as the link between clients and the clinical team.
The role is based in Norwich Sprowston, where the practice is one of three individually owned Vets for Pets sites in Norwich. The location is inside a Pets at Home store and offers access to large areas of free parking, alongside a range of nearby shops. Norwich also offers a blend of city and countryside living, with the beach, the Norfolk Broads and the city centre all within a short drive.
You will be working in a high-volume, fast-moving environment, so confidence, clear communication and a positive attitude are important. The team is described as supportive, experienced, friendly and welcoming, with certificate holders across the Norwich group in surgery, ophthalmology, internal medicine, imaging and feline medicine.
