The practice has deliberately structured clinician diaries to protect time for admin, case write-ups, and professional development. You'll work alongside two JVPs (Sophie and Andy), supported by 3 RVNs, 1 SVN, a practice manager, and a welcoming reception team. Occasional sole charge is required; Saturdays are shared on a rota basis with compensatory long weekends off.
