This ECC Veterinary Surgeon role begins with the Cutting Edge training programme, an 8 week route into emergency and critical care. You will receive a training salary during the programme, then move into a full time, permanent position at an ECC clinic of your choice.
The rota can be chosen to suit your lifestyle, with working hours between 30 and 40 per week. The listing also highlights a carefully designed pattern with no more than three nights in a row and an average of three shifts per week.
Training includes 250 hours of CPD, interactive seminars, practical sessions, hands on experience in your chosen clinic, and time at the Central Support hub in Scotland, with accommodation provided. You will also build your network with other Cutting Edge participants.
The role is with Inspiring Vet Care, through the Cutting Edge programme linked to Vets Now, described as the UK’s leading provider of emergency pet care. Opportunities are available across a wide network of clinics in the UK, with each clinic able to accommodate only one Cutting Edge veterinarian.
Applicants are reviewed on a first come, first served basis, and the programme intake date stated is 1st March 2027. For more details, the advert gives Ethan in the Talent team as the contact.
