This is a brand-new, full-time Practice Manager opportunity working across Oakmount Vets and Kingsway Veterinary Hospital. The role is Monday to Friday for 40 hours per week, and you'll work closely with the Director of Practice as part of a wider management team.
It suits someone who is people-focused, motivated, quick to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. You'll be helping shape the non-clinical side of two long-established practices, while supporting clinical teams to deliver a strong client experience and efficient day-to-day running.
Oakmount Vets in Burnley has been providing veterinary care for over 60 years. It is a busy small animal practice with 5 consulting rooms, 2 theatres, digital and dental radiography, an in-house lab, orthopaedic and laparoscopic surgeries, and ultrasonography. The practice was originally the town's first veterinary practice and now focuses on companion animals, while also treating a varied number of birds.
Kingsway Veterinary Hospital has been caring for patients for more than 80 years and combines traditional compassionate care with progressive, modern medicine. Its facilities include an in-house laboratory, digital and dental radiography, ECG, rigid and flexible endoscopy, laparoscopic kit, state-of-the-art ultrasound equipment and 24-hour on-site nursing care. It is located in Skipton.
