Registered Veterinary Nurse

About the Role

This Registered Veterinary Nurse position places you at the heart of clinical delivery, with responsibility for nurse led appointments and Schedule 3 activities. You'll support consults, surgeries and procedures while helping to maintain high regulatory, practice and operational standards.

The role also includes patient monitoring, admissions and discharges, plus day to day support for clients and colleagues. Working hours are Monday to Wednesday from 09:30 to 18:00, and Saturday and Sunday from 09:00 to 17:30, with a 30 minute unpaid break.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver nurse led appointments and Schedule 3 activities.
• Support consults, surgeries and procedures as required.
• Provide patient monitoring, admissions and discharges.

Requirements

• RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse.

About the Practice

This role is with Medivet in Llandaff North, Cardiff. Medivet is a veterinary group with access to Clinical Communities, internal CPD and 24 hour hospitals, alongside wider support through its clinical and support network.
