This Registered Veterinary Nurse role is based at Rowe Vets, Bradley Stoke, a busy 24-hour veterinary hospital and referral centre in Bristol. You’ll be part of a fast-paced but supportive clinical setting, working alongside vets, nurses and clinical support colleagues to deliver strong patient and client care.
The caseload is varied, with first opinion and referral work across surgical, medical, inpatient, emergency and critical care cases. The rota is full time at 40 hours per week, spread across 4 or 5 days per week, with a 1:6 weekend rota and night backup on a 1:12 basis.
Rowe Veterinary Group was founded in 1948 and has grown to four branches. The practice includes sites in North Bristol, South Gloucestershire and Wotton-under-Edge, alongside a 24-hour hospital at Bradley Stoke.
The group provides first opinion care for dogs, cats, small furries, birds and exotic animals, and also runs a referral service through Rowe Referrals. It describes itself as a place where care is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
