Love cats and want to shape a brand new ISFM Gold-eligible hospital from the ground up? Pennard Vets is looking for an RVN feline champion to lead their journey to becoming the practice cats actually want to visit.
This is a unique opportunity to join a newly established, state-of-the-art hospital in Sevenoaks as a Senior Veterinary Nurse with a genuine passion for feline medicine. You'll be the driving force behind building a cat-focused culture within the practice, supporting the journey to ISFM Gold accreditation and beyond. While you'll nurse dogs and occasional rabbits in the early stages, your core mission is to grow the feline caseload and set the standard for how cats are cared for, handled, and understood across the entire team.
The hospital operates as a hybrid first-opinion and referral centre, giving you exposure to high-level cases under the guidance of specialist vets and nurses. Your leadership team includes two feline-focused veterinarians (the Group Clinical Director and Hospital Director), both genuinely invested in getting feline medicine right. This is not a corporate environment but rather an independent practice that invests in its people and technology to improve both clinical work and wellbeing.
