The Laurels Vet Centre is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join their small animal practice in Hereford. Situated in the picturesque heart of Herefordshire, the practice serves both the historic city of Hereford and the charming village of Ewyas Harold. You'll have access to rolling hills, farmland, and the stunning Golden Valley, Black Mountains and Wye Valley right on your doorstep, while enjoying excellent local amenities and cultural attractions.
This role offers a first-opinion caseload with a mix of consults, routine surgery and dentals. You'll work full-time or part-time depending on your preference, with flexibility to suit your lifestyle and commitments outside work. There's no mention of OOH responsibilities, so you can expect a manageable daytime schedule.
The practice is well equipped with digital X-ray, ultrasound, in-house laboratory and laser therapy facilities, and you'll have access to local teams for further support when needed.
