Client Care Advisor

About the Role

As Client Care Advisor at Blackheath Vets for Pets, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, helping to create a smooth and reassuring experience from arrival through to booking the next visit. The role is focused on great service, building strong relationships and acting as a key link between clients and the clinical team.

You'll also support the day to day running of the practice, manage payments and future bookings, and use the online booking system confidently. The team here includes 3 CCAs, 1 Practice Manager, 2 RVNs, 1 SVN, 4 Vets and a Practice Owner.

This is a part time role for 34.25 hours per week, including 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets and provide a welcoming first point of contact.
• Support clients with guidance, service information and practical help during their visit.
• Manage payments and future bookings with confidence.
• Use the online booking system to help keep the practice running smoothly.
• Act as a link between clients and the clinical team.
• Contribute to a friendly, calm atmosphere within the practice.

Requirements

• Strong client service skills.
• Comfort building relationships with clients, their pets and the practice team.
• Computer literacy.
• A calm, attentive approach focused on client needs.
• Enthusiasm, drive and a love of pets.
• The ability to handle a range of client interactions, including sensitive conversations.
