This is a full-time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis covering contact centre opening hours. You'll work five days out of seven, with shifts including weekday evenings, weekend days and evenings, and overnight work.
You'll lead from the front as a Contact Centre Team Leader at Vets Now, leading and motivating a team of call handlers who are the first point of contact for worried pet owners in an emergency. The role offers rewarding experiences unique to emergency pet care: your team handles the pet equivalent of 999, driven by delivering service excellence. Based at the support office in Dunfermline, you'll be fully supported by clinical and senior management, working collaboratively across Vets Now's network of emergency clinics and specialist referral hospitals.
