About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position leading operations at Creature Comforts' new Blackheath clinic. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the practice runs smoothly and efficiently while championing the clinic's mission to blend innovative technology with genuine compassionate care. This is an opportunity to shape a brand new practice from the ground up, working alongside highly skilled veterinary professionals in a beautiful new facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the veterinary clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
• Manage and support both clinical and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative team environment
• Ensure full compliance with veterinary regulations and professional standards
• Implement and maintain efficient processes and workflows tailored to the practice's needs
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and support business growth
• Coordinate with veterinary professionals to optimise patient care and outcomes
• Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain stock efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Practice Manager role within a veterinary setting (desired)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in veterinary practice management software, or keen to learn
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage workload effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to high-quality care and exceptional customer service
