Village Vet Garden Suburb, based in East Finchley, is recruiting an experienced and professional Client Care Assistant to join its reception team. This is a full-time, fixed-term position running for one year, working 42 hours per week across Monday to Friday (either 8am to 4:30pm or 11am to 7:30pm) plus one in three weekend shifts on Saturday mornings (8:30am to 1pm).
You'll be the friendly face of the practice, managing client interactions with warmth and professionalism. Your role will blend appointment scheduling, accurate record-keeping, clerical duties, and seamless communication between clients, veterinary surgeons, nursing staff, and the practice manager. You'll ensure clients leave with their next visit booked and feel heard and supported, especially when they're worried about their pets.
