Night shift role. Rota pattern: 7 nights on clinic, 14 days off, with built-in on-call elements. Example 9-week pattern shows blocks of 7 consecutive night shifts with 2-week breaks, plus occasional on-call periods (Mon-Thurs 8pm-1am, or Fri-Sun 7.30pm-1.30am). Rota flexibility available to suit individual circumstances.
This is a permanent night shift position at Willows Veterinary Centre and Referral Service, one of the UK's most respected small animal referral hospitals. You'll work a flexible 7-on, 14-off rota pattern (averaging 29.3 hours per week) alongside a warm and professional nursing team in a purpose-built facility equipped with advanced imaging, anaesthesia suites, and on-site specialists across multiple disciplines.
No prior referral experience is required. You'll receive full training and support to develop your nursing skills in an environment committed to excellence and world-class patient care. The rota is designed to work with you, not against you.
