You'll be the first point of contact for clients walking through the door and calling with their pet care needs. At Pennard Vets, a Sevenoaks-based practice, you're not just managing the front desk—you're setting the tone for every client experience and playing a vital role in ensuring every pet receives the right care, at the right time.
This role includes a 1 in 4 Saturday morning rota, so you'll be part of a busy, energetic team where every day brings something different. Whether it's welcoming nervous first-time visitors or handling calls from anxious owners, you'll bring calm, warmth, and good judgement to everything you do.
Pennard Vets is an independent practice under clinical leadership, serving the Sevenoaks area. The practice combines first opinion care with referral-level expertise, offering modern surgical facilities including MRI and CT imaging, mechanical ventilation, and a diverse specialist team. The culture is built on genuine care for animals, clients, and each other, with every team member having a stake in the practice.
