About the Role

This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours over four days, with Saturday rota inclusion on a manageable 1:5 rotation with TOIL—and crucially, no out-of-hours requirement. • Work collaboratively within the five-vet team, including the Clinical Director and colleagues holding surgical and diagnostic imaging certificates
  • Participate in Saturday rota duties on a 1:5 rotation with time off in lieu
  • Engage with ongoing learning opportunities facilitated by the Clinical Director and specialist certificate holders
  • Contribute to a supportive culture that prioritises colleague wellbeing through team social events and in-clinic wellbeing afternoons

  • Small animal practice experience (preferred but not essential for the right candidate)
  • Full driving licence (desirable)
  • Willingness to embrace a collaborative team environment and contribute to ongoing professional development

Benefits

  • Salary: Up to £60,000 depending on experience, plus up to £5,000 relocation allowance

  • Wellbeing: Private Medical Insurance, 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme, enhanced family-friendly policies (maternity/paternity/adoption/shared parental/surrogacy pay)
  • Professional Development: £1,250 CPD allowance with 40 hours paid CPD leave (pro rata), certificate support, access to the IVC Evidensia Academy and Vetlexicon encyclopaedia, research funding opportunities, and a £1,250 annual Care Fund to spend as you choose
