The practice is purpose-built, fully equipped, and located inside Pets at Home in South Shields town centre, within walking distance of the coast. With main transport links nearby and convenient access to the A19 and A1, commuting is straightforward. You'll join a team of 2 vets, 4 nurses, 1 veterinary care assistant, 1 practice manager, and 4 client care advisors, backed by strong clinical support from the sister practice in Bedlington.
The practice already has a loyal client base with clear growth potential. Cases can be worked up locally, giving you the opportunity to develop any special interests. Certificates are encouraged and fully funded, and the practice is actively trialling new ideas and equipment including laparoscopic spay technology.
