You'll enjoy a balanced schedule featuring a 1 in 6 rota for full weekends at Watford 24 Hour, a light on-call commitment of approximately 1 week per year, and 1-2 bank holidays annually (pro-rated for part-time staff). You'll work alongside a Lead Vet, part-time Vet, experienced Head Veterinary Nurse, SVN, and dedicated support staff in a collaborative, close-knit setting where clinical autonomy is balanced by real team backing. The practice itself is a standout: recently refurbished with a bright, spacious layout, two large consult rooms, a generous theatre, large prep area, ultrasound, and both digital and dental x-ray facilities.
