This full-time receptionist role spans two Vets4Pets practices in Birmingham (Selly Oak and Quinton), working 40 hours per week with one Saturday in three included on the rota. You'll be the friendly, welcoming point of contact for every client and pet who walks through the door, building strong relationships with clients, their animals, and the practice team.
Your day involves greeting clients with warmth, offering support and guidance, managing payments and future bookings confidently, and coordinating the smooth running of daily practice routines using the online booking system. You'll be the critical link between clients and the clinical team, ensuring every interaction leaves them feeling their pet has received exceptional care.
